Return and refund policy
At FITTED EXCHANGE, all sales are final. We take pride in offering quality fitted hats and accessories, and we carefully inspect every item before shipping. Please review our policy below before making a purchase.
Returns & Refunds
• All sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds unless an item is received damaged due to a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.
Cancellations
• Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase as long as they haven’t shipped. After that, all sales are final.
Shipping Carrier Damage
• We are not responsible for any damage caused by the shipping carrier. If your package arrives damaged, you must file a claim directly with the carrier.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
• If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, you must contact us at Thefittedexchange@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will review the claim and, if approved, offer a replacement or store credit.
